The "Ugāle" asphalt-concrete plant is situated at the 153rd kilometer of the Riga - Ventspils highway, in Ventspils district. The WKC 110-C-4t device,

which has been manufactured by the German company "WIBAU-ASTEC ASPHALTTECHNIC" (year of manufacture - 1994), is used for asphalt-concrete production.

The production capacity of the device is 110 tons per hour. It has two bunkers for storing the finished product, which are thermally

insulated in order to maintain the temperature, which is required for the quality of the manufactured product.

The operator performs the management and control of production from the command console. The management system allows to ensure the programming

and memory for the formula, as well as the registration of the mixing process and the accounting of the consumed inorganic materials.

The device ensures precise dosing of inorganic materials and bitumen, as well as precise temperature control . The device operator

manufactures the asphalt concrete of the grade, which has been ordered by the clients, pursuant to the daily task.
