The company SIA “VIA” has many years of experience in the construction of complex roads, streets, and squares throughout Latvia. In addition to building new roads and streets, we also rebuild existing roads and streets, and build infrastructure for mixed-use areas and squares. We use innovative technologies and state-of-the-art solutions in road construction and reconstruction to ensure the best possible result for the customer.

The engineering and technical employees of SIA “VIA” have construction practice certificates in road construction management issued by the Latvian Association of Civil Engineers. The main customers of SIA “VIA” are VSIA “Latvijas Valsts celi”, municipalities, and private entrepreneurs.

Road construction works

Preparation and dismantling works

Surveying; dismantling of various structures; ditch digging and cleaning; dismantling (milling) of asphalt concrete; felling of trees and shrubs. 

Construction of culverts and structures

Installation of culverts; cleaning and repair of culverts; construction of concrete curbs and gutters; installation of concrete/granite paving; construction of natural boulder pavement; construction of passenger platforms.

Groundworks

Removal of overgrowth; excavation and embankment construction; replacement of poor-bearing soils; placement of geosynthetics.

Construction of non-bonded structural layers

Construction of frost layer; construction of drainage layer; construction of crushed stone foundations.

Construction of binder-bonded structural layers

Cold processing (recycling); cold processing (recycling) with the addition of aggregates and cement; priming; construction of asphalt concrete layers; surface treatment (single and double layer).

Equipment installation works

Installation of road signs; application of horizontal road markings with thermoplastic or cold-plastic materials; application of horizontal road markings with paint; landscaping works; installation of safety barriers; construction of verge strips.

Construction of engineering networks (external water and sewerage networks)

SIA “VIA” has extensive experience in water supply communication construction works - several large-scale projects have been implemented in Latvian regions. SIA “VIA” carries out sewer construction works both as a general contractor and independently. The specialists of SIA “VIA” companies have construction practice certificates issued by the Latvian Association of Heat, Gas, and Water Engineers in construction management of water supply, and sewerage systems, including fire-fighting systems.
